Showtime At Pinesong
The first day of the rest of our lives
Nostalgia 2023
We all enjoyed two wonderful nights at our Nostalgia Show. Once again it was great to have the lounge full of residents, family and friends. A huge thanks to Bob Helleur our Producer/Director, Pam Choat our Assistant Director and an excellent cast. Thank you so much for all the hard work put in by the cast and many helpers.
Nostalgia 2022 - Tenth Anniversary of our shows.
A great success
A big CONGRATULATIONS to the Nostalgia performers and a BIG Happy 10th Year Anniversary! I attended the show on Saturday, along with Earl, our CEO and Theresa. All three of us were very impressed with the performances, costumes, and effort that you all went to, to put on a great show. I’ve been reminded that being part of the Nostalgia Show is in my job description (need to read the fine print), so look out next year!

We were so grateful and wonderfully surprised to have Deborah Norris arrive unexpectedly from Australia to perform on our tenth anniversary show. Deborah was an original staff member on our cast and performed beautifully in the first few years of our shows. What a delight it was to have her back for this special occasion.

Nostalgia 2021
What a wonderful weekend we have enjoyed at Pinesong with finally, after cancellation of the show last year due to Covid 19, being able to stage two performances of the Nostalgia show on Saturday and Sunday nights. Our lounge was packed with capacity crowds and were thrilled with the performance of our wonderful cast. Once again the cast was made up of a mix of our staff and residents. The staff helped to keep us young!! Costumes, music, dance, skits and solo performances were great.
Special acknowledgments go to our Director Bob Helleur, Producer Pam Choat, Sound & Lighting Deryck Hunt, Videography Vicky Wu, Props & Sound Geoff Long, Bar Volunteers, Ticket Ladies, Stage Assemblers and Pinesong Staff.
The video trailer above is of the film I am producing at the moment which will, in a few weeks time be screened in the Seabreeze lounge on the big screen and following that videos will be available. Notification of the date will be made in the village Press and on this website.
